September Dance Gathering

Raw & Rooted is an intentional movement gathering rooted in presence, sensation, and shared responsibility, created for those who feel the pull to go deeper into themselves through movement, sound, and collective energy. Our dance gatherings are open to all vessels.

Rather than asking the body to perform, this space invites the body to speak. Movement becomes a form of inquiry, a way of listening to sensation, impulse, and emotion as they arise, and through rhythm and intentional guidance, you are supported in following what feels true rather than what looks right.

Raw & Rooted centers physical curiosity, play, self-discovery, and liberation within one's own body. It is not about spectacle or release for release's sake. It is about creating the conditions where something real can emerge and be met with respect.
