Upcoming Gatherings

The depth and safety of this experience rely on shared agreements. They are what make it possible for everyone to feel safe enough to be present, explore honestly, and move without fear of disruption.

 

This is a sober space. Alcohol and non-prescribed substances are not permitted.

 

There is no physical contact with other participants at any time.

 

No conversations on the dance floor. Voice activation, humming, growling, gritos, giggles, drumming, tapping, weeping, primal sound, is welcome. Your full expression. Your mirrors are Sidney and Nia.

 

The only two vessels channeling through the space are your facilitators, Nia and Sidney. You may hear words from us encouraging you to go a little deeper.

 

We honor your process and your release. Someone near you may experience deep emotion in their journey. We ask that you hold your own containment stable and continue moving to your own rhythm. Your facilitators will hold a stable, grounding frequency around anyone releasing.

 

Phones, recording devices, and personal media are not permitted during the session.

 

Participants remain in the space for the duration of the session, except for bathroom use or emergencies. If you need to leave, please do so quietly.

 

This is not a performative space. We understand human attraction and desire, but if you feel a connection, we ask that you feel into it with discernment, on your own time.

 

We do not give advice to each other in circle. Please don't respond to anyone's share, just be present, honor, and listen.

 

We speak in "I," not "we," when sharing in circle.

For the privacy and sacredness of this gathering, we don't share others' experiences or what they shared. You're welcome to share your own, not anyone else's.

 

Participants agree to respect personal space, boundaries, and the shared container. Disruptive behavior, disregard for facilitators' guidance, or repeated violation of agreements will not be tolerated.
