We are an alchemical, free form dance ceremony rooted in full self expression, sensual embodiment, and energetic integrity. We create sober, non-contact, phone-free spaces where you can move freely, remember deeply, and return to yourself. This is not a dance class, a workout, or a social event. It is a sacred, held gathering.

We are not just pressing play on a playlist. We are channeling, holding an ultra grounded energetic field, and bringing a specific frequency into the room that allows the collective to go fully in. We, the facilitators, are fluid women of color who are comfortable with sensuality, shadow, rage, and ancestral memory. We are not just a love and light space, our space encompasses and welcomes the full spectrum of expression and emotion.

We are the stewards, guides, and facilitators of Raw & Rooted. Sidney is a Primal Embodiment facilitator and certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor. Estefanía is a multidisciplinary artist, certified birth doula, and student of The Somatic Womb Path. We are both intuitive, psychic, and deeply rooted in play & authentic expression. No. We draw from ancestral wisdom, somatic practice, and energetic work across many lineages. We do not follow or promote any single religion or doctrine. This space welcomes all beliefs and asks only that you come with an open body and an honest presence.

Yes!!! Many people who come to Raw & Rooted have never been to an ecstatic or free form dance before. We hold the container in a way that makes it accessible without diluting the depth. You will not feel lost.
